It is a Southern rust free car that has always been well maintained.All 200 Aero Coupes were built at the Arlington Texas plant and all models left the assembly line as a standard Monte Carlo SS and then were sent to Brighton for modifications. Of these 200 models ( the exact number NASCAR required for road model cars to be incorporated into racing), 50 went to AL, 50 to Atlanta, 50 to Daytona, and 50 to Charlotte. This car was purchased new in Birmingham, Alabama. Exterior is white and the paint is excellent. Paint is original with a few touch ups. The original trunk stickers are still intact. Interior is the original burgundy and it is also in excellent condition with no tears or rips.Engine is the original 305 CID paired with the original automatic transmission with overdrive.
